What we bring to each piece

Unhurried Assessment

Every watch receives a calm, thorough look before any decision is made. We share what we find and let the owner decide how to proceed.

Written Plans and Pricing

No surprises. Costs and scope are set out in writing and agreed before work begins. You decide what goes ahead.

Respect for Original Character

Patina, dial markings, and period finishing are preserved where possible. We do not polish away a watch's story.

Open Communication

Owners are kept gently informed as the work progresses. Questions are always welcome, and we answer them plainly.

Service Warranty

Completed services carry a warranty period. Should anything need attention after the work, we address it without fuss.

Local, Personal Care

Based in Chiang Mai's Wat Ket quarter. You deal with the watchmaker directly — not a counter, not a chain.

Your watch deserves a considered look

Bring it in, or send a message with a photo and a brief note about what you've noticed. We'll take it from there, without pressure.

Questions we hear often

How do I know if my watch needs servicing?
Common signs include the watch running noticeably fast or slow, the movement stopping when it shouldn't, difficulty winding or setting, or simply the knowledge that it hasn't been serviced in five or more years. If you're unsure, bring it in — an assessment costs nothing and we'll tell you honestly what we see.
How long does a service or repair take?
A movement clean and regulate is typically a few weeks. Complication repairs vary depending on what is involved and whether parts are needed. Vintage restorations are completed at the measured pace the work calls for — usually several weeks to a couple of months. We keep you informed of progress throughout, so there are no sudden surprises.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work with a wide range of Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements, as well as many vintage pieces regardless of origin. For certain brands with proprietary movements or restricted parts, we will tell you plainly if we are the right choice or whether another route might serve you better.
Are costs confirmed before work begins?
Yes, always. After the assessment, we provide a written summary of the work required and the cost. Nothing proceeds without your agreement. If we discover something additional during the service, we pause and consult you before continuing.
Can I send my watch from outside Chiang Mai?
Yes. Many of our clients are based elsewhere in Thailand or abroad. We can advise on careful packing and preferred courier services, and we communicate by email or phone throughout the process so the owner stays fully informed.
What does the service warranty cover?
The warranty covers the movement work we performed. If the watch develops a fault related to our service within the warranty period, we will examine and address it without charge. We'll explain the specific terms when returning your piece.
